We worked with Becoming Images for my daughter's wedding, in Oct 2021, and couldn't imagine using anyone else for such a monumental event. I can't begin to express how happy we were to be able to use Becoming Images again for another daughter's wedding last May. They were able to capture such beautiful images of the engagement as well as the entire wedding from start to finish. Both weddings were so different, but Becoming Images managed to capture the essence and beauty of each couple and their venues. We also booked the day after session and would highly recommend booking the extra session for a relaxed and focused session after the busyness of the wedding day. It was a privilege and blessing to use Becoming Images to share in this experience and commemorate this special day.

This was my first time planning a wedding, and Penny was so helpful from start to finish. Penny flew from Alaska for the engagement session and again for the wedding a year later. She was both professional and personable and made us all feel very comfortable with the process. We also booked the day after adventure package and were absolutely amazed with the beautiful shots and the relaxed pace. Penny from becoming Images is one of the kindest human being I have ever met, and her talent matches her kindness. My husband and and I eloped in Alaska, and were so lucky to find Her. She came to get us in Juneau which was one of the port where we got off, she put us in contact with an amazing officient, and flower shop, and they all worked together to make our day magical. Penny orchestrated everything so that we wouldn’t be stressed, and found the most beautiful peaceful beach for us to get married on, and took us around Juneau and took pictures at different locations, which was great as we had never been there.
Penny makes you feel very comfortable during the shoot, and knows how to capture the true you, while mixing in her personal touch. My husband and I feel we could not have had a better day, and we owe it all to Penny! We love the wedding pictures she took, and all the people and places she recommended. She is AMAZING!

Penny took our engagement photos at Lake Crescent, Washington and photographed our wedding in Juneau, Alaska. Treating every new environment as if she had been walking those areas for years.
Penny made us feel so comfortable and created such a welcoming, easy environment. Making photo time more fun, and less of an “awkward moment.”
Within all the wedding bliss and chaos, Penny left all of the questions I would have been worried about, to her. She took it upon herself to ensure we had THE BEST, most natural photos. I felt like I had a friend there taking our photos— which made it that much better.
I also had the privilege of getting boudoir photos done as a gift for my husband in our wedding day. Penny could have not made me feel any more comfortable and beautiful than I did that day.
Even after being produced the final photo packages, Penny ensured that if there was anything else we wanted or needed as far as edits go, were accommodated.
Penny was such a delight. I can’t wait to have her whenever we endure the next exciting chapter in our lives, as I know we will LOVE to have her photographing each beautiful moment!
