Stacey and her team are the best! We needed a powered chair to get a relative with MS out onto the beach with ease and she made it easy. We have a condo at San Carlos and they were able to drop it off right on premises. Using them now and in the future the next time our family member comes for a visit. Stacy was nice, but buggies were junk. First one control joy stick was almost falling off. My wife got stuck on beach in first 5 minutes and men had to help push it off. Second run 40 minutes and had to be pushed off beach. Junk machines were held together with duct tape and plastic bundle ties.

dear Stacy, you did it! My husband with stage 4 bone cancer was able to sit on the beach in front of the ocean with me and my son. It is a priceless gift. Thank you so much For your kindness. We will remember your business the next time we are in the area I strongly suggest people look this business up if they are looking for a wheelchair to take on the beach.

This business is amazing! They brought the beach wheelchair to us. She even suggested what beach to go to that my dog could be on. She was so helpful in every way possible and even made an extra trip to the right beach when I picked the wrong one. The family that owns this company deserve every good thing possible for the over courtesy they do for people of the handicap! I would rent from them any and every day if needed be! I expected to receive one as pictured. My mom rented for 6 days.

It was old. It had duct tape on the seat..
Sat sideways and scrubbed the right tire.

The delivery guy was great! Extremely nice and helpful.

Our price quote didn’t include a $20 one time full charge. We felt like this was not right.

Great customer service. We had an issue the first night with the power wheelchair we rented. They came out first thing the next day and swapped it. This is the first beach trip our nephew has been able to come down to the beach without us carrying him.

Joke !!! My mother tried the chair out and it didn't work. Placed call to return early, not expecting any refund, Stacey came and got the chair and PROMISED a refund. Thought, wow, what a kind gesture. Well, it was all bullshit. No refund, no response ever again from them. Keep the money if it means soooo much to you, I don't care. But don't lie to people because you are petty.
