Great prices. Owner & Family extremely helpful, patient with questions & very friendly. Mice control is excellent outside our units. Have those flat locks that are 95 percent theft proof! Monthly rate is very good compared to other storage facilities. I've been with B&B almost 1 year now...love it & plan on staying!!😊

All my close and couches were ruined by rats. When I called the office I was told I should’ve gotten Insurance on my stuff. Now I’ve lost everything that I’ve been paying to keep safe.

Don't rent out here because my building has been stolen out of ($200 TV missing as of now) I know that they are not liable for what happens to what in the buildings, but they claim to have state of the art surveillance which is literally a camera that evidently doesn't even work that has tape around the front of it and its the only one there, the storage building aren't secure due to the fact people can climb over top of the wall on the inside which doesn't entirely close off a unit from another. Mine's not the only one that been stolen out of, so please try to find a more secure storage rental Co. I will be uploading photos so everyone knows what to look out for.

B and B storage in Priceton has to be the wost storage rental place I have ever felt with inky life. Not only did thousands of dollars of our stuff get stolen out of there but his daughter for the last sveral months has either not been refusing payments or playing she taking them and not doing it. Multiple times she told me that her father was dying in thr hospital in UVA or Duke and she was there with him and she woild call me back. She was NEVER in the office and NEVER called me back. I even went to the office to pay and it aas cloaed. Bob the owner has told me that he was gonna take care of the issue but never called me about it. When i call I get his voice mail. I get a letter today saying that it is past due to make payment as soon as possible. I call him to talk to him about it and he says it's not his problem and hangs up on me. I call him back and he says if I call the office again no matter what he will get a warrant for harassment. Sir I want to pay you so I can move my stuff. Do not place you stuff at B and B Storage.

The absolute worst storage unit facility you could use in Princeton WV! They continuously have break ins and never take responsibility for them. They don’t use their gates and the cameras are not affective. If you cherish your stuff go to a different place!!

My mom rented a unit from them 3 days ago and her unit has been broken into twice. The camera over her unit is pointing in the opposite direction. Do not rent from this place.
