DJ Gagan did DJ services at all our events during our wedding festivities, this included our Haldi, Ceremony, and Reception. He provided great ambiance music during the ceremony, and awesome dance music for the Haldi and Reception dance floor. He put together our first dance music as well as the father-daughter mash up based on the songs we provided him. He was super flexible and a joy to work with.

For our reception, Gagan was able to transform our venue into something spectacular with the lighting package (as shown in the pictures). The patterned gobos on the walls, the up-lighting on the walls, the pin spot lighting on the tables really elevate the ambiance in the room and make for a stunning night for us and our guests.

No question about it, DJ Gagan is a joy to work with and will definitely be our go-to DJ/lighting services for our future events, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gagan killed it on the turn tables! I hired him and his team for two events (sangeet and reception). Gagan knows how to tailor his music to the crowd but also knows when to turn things up! During both events the dance floor was filled with energy and nonstop bhangra (due to his music choices). His entire team was very helpful and professional. Dholi's were on point! The cloud machines used for the first dance was magical!

My wife and I are so thankful that Gagan and his team were there to make our experience that much better. Once again thanks for holding it down Gagan!

My big fat indian wedding took place this month, we had 4 events planned - Sangeet, Cocktail, Wedding, and Reception. Naturally getting a good DJ was a huge deal while planning this wedding and I going through the huge list of vendors serving the bay area I decided to go with DJ Gagan from Bay Area Uplighting because from the get go Gagan was very helpful, professional and he understood my long list of needs and the company was truly a one stop shop for everything I wanted. From the LED DJ booth, to the uplighting, to the photo booth, and the dhol player, the Mobile baraat (AAHHAMZING) and the DJ services, I got everything I needed for my events and more and I didn't have to go thru the trouble of going to different vendors for different things.

All the venues looked spectacular with the amazing lighting Gagan did and I was truly in awe everytime I walked into one of our venues. But the most epic part was the DJ set up every night. 2 Most important things at an Indian Wedding are FOOD and MUSIC, and the music was a HUGE hit at our wedding. DJ Gagan was so amazing. I told him in advance I wanted all the new Bollywood songs because my family is big on Bollywood music and the list of songs I received from him was endless. He has an amazing collection and it was different every night. You did not have to tell anyone to be on the dance floor, the crowd just followed.

We had back to back events starting from 15th May to the 17th May, with my wedding and reception being on the same day on the 17th, Gagan was still very punctual and came early to every event to set up, he even met with my wedding day event coordinator a day before the wedding (that was the cocktail night) to see how he would set up his lighting and everything for the wedding and reception. He even had to wait over an hour or so outside the cocktail venue coz the venue was being rude and wouldn't let him in till 6pm, he still didn't make a fuss over it or had any hangups about that. I love how easy it was to work with him.

I strongly recommend DJ Gagan and Bay Area Uplighting to anyone whos having a a wedding event or a party, they are punctual, very easy to work with, and they understand your needs and demands and do even more than you ask. Thanks so much Gagan we had a BLAST at our Wedding.
