Not the first time I’ve seen this company truck drive like a maniac . First time i said whatever driver must be having a bad day . Today I seen the same truck driving Rt 1 north around 4:40 am October 12th. Not sure what kind of the quality of work you do . But anyone who jeopardizes the health or safety of people can’t be trusted . My family expects me to go to work and get home safely everyday . People like you are the reason we have so many auto fatalities.

Had the pleasure of watching one of your vehicles driving along RT in Mass today, Rt 2 around 2:50pm 9/19/23. Large truck thinking it was a race car. Aggressively tailgating much smaller vehicles. cutting off traffic in both lanes, passing on the right the gain one car length. Lucky he did not cause an accident with so many people slamming on their brakes after being cut off.

Why a company pays to advertise on a vehicle then has an obviously violent and aggressive driver embarrass a company is beyond me. .

If this is the way an employee endangers the general public, would you want to do business with such?

We entered into this knowing very little about lightning protection at all. John was very helpful in explaining to us all that goes into the system, how it works, and what we should expect from the whole process. They had the best price of the companies we contacted, and once we signed a contract, the installers were there in only a few days, and in and out in a half a day. Joe, the foreman walked us through where all the parts were installed, where our underground components were buried, and how it all fit together.

We hope we never find out how good a job they've done, but we were left feeling confident and satisfied. Everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with!

I hired this company to install lightning protection on both my house and barn. Not knowing much of this service and what it entailed, I felt comfortable right from the start when calling their office to receive information and even more so when the installers arrived at my home. The service men were incredibly polite and informative. They did a walk through with me before installation and explained everything they would be doing as well as insured all my questions were answered. While working at my home they checked-in to update me, were clean, professional and not in the way at all. After the installation was complete we did a second walk -through to make sure I didn't have any other questions and was completely satisfied. Living in an open area on farmland with children and animals, B&B has provided me with not only professional looking work but also a sense of comfort and safety in knowing my family and I are now protected from immense damage due to severe storms. I highly recommend this company. Incredibly professional and got the job done!
