I had a situation that happened to me when my solar panels were installed. I was very upset about it. I called Awake Energy & spoke with the CEO, Mr. Molina & explained to him my situation. He stated that he would take care of it. Two weeks later, he sent his worker to my home to make a wrong into a right. Thank you Mr. Molina for being a man of your word. That is very rare these days. I appreciate you.

It’s the Fourth of July. A holiday!!! Why in the world would a salesman be going door to door soliciting for your company. I pointed out my “No Soliciting” sign and he said “you look mad ma’am”. I told him no thanks and shut my door. There’s no reason for him doing this on a holiday!

Let me tell you about my experience with Wayne. When Wayne showed up at my door I was hesitant, he continued to show me the benefits of solar not by being pushy but by sitting down taking his time and showing me exactly where he could save me money. His customer service is really why I am leaving a review, this young man treated me with respect, as a veteran respect is everything with me and Wayne has it. As someone who knows nothing about solar he made sure I knew everything that I needed to know about solar and he even broke all the cost down for me. He is a genuine guy and will have an honest conversation with you. Don’t miss out on a great experience with Wayne. Seriously this man needs to be promoted!!

I just wanted to take a second to mention kainan. This guy came over to help us out with solar last week, and it was an amazing experience. Overall, we got a great deal on solar and made some thing that we have to pay every single month way cheaper. Even got a few dollars for ourselves out of it but most of all we were able to build a relationship with a super funny guy! This company is definitely top rated for its honesty and transparency. If you’re looking to go solar and want to work with a genuine company, these are the guys for you. Just ask for Kainan.

Even though I was not sure if I could go true with the solar panels. Alfredo and Jacob were really patient, attentive and respectful, understanding and explaining all what we needs to know about solar panels. Alfredo was very knowledgeable about his company’s services and answered all of our questions. He did his best for my husband and I feel comfortable going true in our decision. We are looking forward to start saving money.
