Aviara is an all-around great company. From the very start of our journey learning about solar they were super helpful and provided honest guidance. Great customer service. Our consultant walked us through each part of the sale and installation process. Showed us our savings on a very user friendly and easy to understand proposal. He was professional and friendly even when I called a million times a day with new questions. They delivered on all the promises with no surprises. We had 35 solar panels installed by Aviara Solar. It went very well. They keep in contact, have a phenomenal, professional crew who take personal pride and care to do the job right the first time. Aviara Solar installed a solar system on my home. The entire process was handled very professionally from start to finish. They gave me the best proposal upfront and there were no surprises. They are very knowledgeable about the process and its operations and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Their crew was great to work with and they were hard working and very polite. Before installing my solar system I spoke to lots of other solar companies that barely had any knowledge regarding many aspects of the solar process. As soon as we decided to go solar, we asked around for recommendations and suggestions for a reputable and dependable solar installation company. We decided to go with Aviara Solar using my cousin's suggestion and we couldn't be more thrilled .
We scheduled a meeting with Aviara Solar’s rep Jesse at our home to discuss the solar system and to show him our electrical usage history .We signed the contract at our first meeting and we are extremely satisfied. They had the best pricing with top notch panels and inverters.
He explained to us how the solar system works, solar benefits, selection of modules and inverters, roofing attachments, rebate process, design, installation, inspection and timeline for each phase. He was really professional and answered all our questions and designed a system that would accommodate an electric car that we are shopping for. The installation was very smooth and professional. We didn’t have to put down any money out of pocket using the financing they provided. Our payments are lower than our electricity bills used to be. We no longer have to stress over rate hikes from SDG& E and are ready to buy our electric car that we can charge with our own solar system and get rid of our auto gas bill too. Thanks, Aviara Solar. Aviara solar installed my solar panels in 2 days. They worked all day, into twilight, cleaned up after they were done, were pleasant, and even did some extra painting of conduits that they did not install. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of solar systems. They even apologized for the noise when working on the roof which was totally unavoidable. Our house was a difficult one since it has several levels above the street and does not have good level footing for ladders. They improvised for safety and placed the inverters out of our view which meant more work for them. They got the city permits and the city inspector came out the day after they were done. Their pricing was also the best we could find. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants solar power.
