One of the best places I have ever delivered to. Office staff very friendly. The guy that unloaded my truck went above his duty. Taking very heavy load bars down from high in the trailer. Never had everyone be so helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Averitt rep called on Wednesday October 1, 2025 to tell me that my bathroom vanity would be delivered on Thursday, October 2 between 10 am and 2 pm. My order tracking number also showed delivery for October 2. It was never delivered on the date promised and no one called to say the delivery had changed. I called Averitt and was told the vanity had been “handed off” to a local delivery company called Manko. I called Manko with no answer. The next day I called Manko again and a rep told me they had the vanity but it would not be delivered until October 7. I then called Averitt the same day and spoke with a rep named Stormy. I asked why Averitt called me with an October 2 delivery date when in fact, it wasn’t to be delivered until October 7. She said she did not make the phone call and had no record of that call being made so she could not help me. I asked her why the tracking number still says delivery to me on October 2? She stated tracking states it was delivered to another local company on October 2, so Averitt did its job. I told her that in fact, the tracking states it was delivered to another delivery company on October 1 and it was still to be delivered to me on October 2. I told her I had taken a vacation day off work to take delivery on that day. She apologized, but again stated there was nothing else she could do. Then she asked me if there was anything else she could help me with(as if she had actually helped me with my delivery issue!) I am writing this review on October 4 and today tracking still shows the vanity should be delivered to me on October 2. I certainly hope any future purchase I make does not use Averitt for delivery, due to the poor service and treatment provided to me in this case.

Averitt Express did a great job making sure my package arrived at my home. They worked with another shipping company, Manko, to make sure my package arrived on time and in great condition. Their website showed up to date tracking. Their customer service online and over the phone were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you.

After getting off I-4, Turn right at red light. It's on left. One way around bldg. When u get to front of bldg by Hillsborough Ave-park by fence. Go thru Glass doors and back to Dispatch Office or enter by right stairs thru Whse to Dispatch. They will sign paperwork and tell u what to do. Drop and Hook.

I was given inaccurate tracking and delivery information. After that, my calls and voicemail was ignored. I had to call from a separate phone number and area code for Whitney to finally pick up. When she did answer she (literally) laughed at the issue, could not answer any questions, stated there was no one else we could speak to — then of course, hung up. Possibly the worst customer service and customer service rep ever.

I've had 2 shipments made from NC to Florida and had nothing but a great experience. My rep Bob answered all my questions (as arranging this was a first for me) was very patient and walked me through the process. Delivery was on time, just as expected, in the time frame they said and the driver was great.

Absolutely terrible. We were supposed to receive a commercial stove that they were delivering. Confirmed the date and time of our shipment. Removed the old equipment on the day our stove was to arrive. Toward the end of our delivery window we called to inquire if they were running late. Bryce at Averitt nonchalantly informed us it was loaded on the wrong trailer and it wouldn’t be arriving on the scheduled date. Following day, called to inquire where our shipment was. Bryce told us it wouldn’t be arriving that day either, but when they figured out where they had put our 800lb commercial stove they would call us. Bryce, didn’t seem to care one bit that we were losing revenue by the hour. He also didn’t seem like this was any thing out of the ordinary for Averitt.

Averitt Express called a week before delivery and gave me a time slot between 0730 and 0900. I was told I had to be at the delivery site to sign for the delivery. Called Averitt Express at 0845 the day the delivery was suppose to happen, to ensure that the delivery was going to happen before 0900. I was informed that the truck had not even left from the facility. Then I was informed there is a form I can fill out pre delivery.
Please be courteous to your customers because of this I missed important work meetings and was late for work.
