Auxin Solar might be one of the best political entrepreneurs in the solar industry. Their ability to leverage old laws (Section 781(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930) which have been economically proven to be harmful to US Citizens is second to none. Their actions not only have managed to impact nearly everyone associated with the solar industry, but will also help provide extra profits for Chinese manufacturers who will enjoy the benefits of increased module prices.

In terms of their actual products, I'd assume if they provided value to their customers through innovative or competitively priced products (and we should be honest, modules are mostly a commodity at this point), they would not have to resort to competition in the political sphere and would have remained focused on making goods and services for their customers.

Its a real shame that such a tiny and mismanaged company is attempting to tank the entire solar industry simply because they are incapable of competing. This is a real world version of filliping the monopoly board when you're loosing, except in this case it involves destroying thousands of jobs. Far more jobs than this greedy little company ever provided.

This company is one of only 2 companies - both non-US owned - that are trying to extend solar tariffs another 4 years at expense to American consumers and all other solar companies. Do not buy if you want to have affordable solar. Hope they go bankrupt.

So you’re falsely claiming to creating “US” made products by simply putting it together in the us although all parts are foreign? Risking US jobs and Jobs in other countries? Your like modern day cancer of the solar industry.

Absolutely disgusting corporate behavior. Imagine knowingly shutting down an entire national industry in order to advance your small-time operation. I'll be letting all my friends in California know to avoid this company like the plague

Junk solar panel manufacturer, creating absolute chaos for every installer in the United States. No one will ever do business with you. You can’t compete because your company is trAsh, it has nothing to do with imported solar panels. I’ll go out of business before I install an auxin solar panel on someone’s house

We tried 4 years ago to get Auxin Solar to OEM or "white-label" solar panels for our company. With 4 months of emails because it took several weeks for their management to respond, the last email was delivered mostly in all Chinese. I do not care if the company has diverse Americans working for their company, but then it got even more interesting. PEP Solar demanded to see their 3rd party audit for Raw materials, Warranty piles, and Accounting showing revenue for how many panels were being produced - AUXIN SOLAR WENT DARK - In my opinion, its because Auxin Solar cannot demonstrate they are a Tier 1 or even if they are making any product in my opinion. Then today received a vicious rumor from a protected source (which I do not do conspiracies), "Auxin Solar is being floated by utility and gas/oil companies to put the solar industry out of business." There is something wrong with this entire conversation and Auxin Solar of all the companies to be part of this complaint. I wonder even if they did win - can they supply the needed 4 GW of solar panels needed right now for the USA and the short answer is probably not even close. First a US bank would need to see Auxin Solar's books to fund such an expansion to fuel the US market with solar panels. What a perfect scam on American workers.

Pretty inferior product. To give you an idea if you google them you will find that the product is bad enough that they had to use their connections to try and bury other companies, especially US ones at the government level. Of course making sure to not impact their own supply lines.
