The new manager was cool. I came in today to get my battery charged but they didn't open till 9am, I showed up at 8. She saw me and instead of not saying anything or saying she was closed, she opened up the store and charged my battery. Pretty cool. You don't see this often in today's world..

I had a great experience yesterday and today. The manager Angelica is really turning this store around. She has great customer service and caters to your needs. I was in Autozone in Forestdale on Wednesday evening to buy a battery and I was attended to by a wonderful female employee. The employee had a great customer service attitude and she assisted me with my purchase. I had to come back to get another part and the female employee and male employee both displayed excellent customer service again. The male employee was determine to make sure I was satisfied and even put the part on my truck. I will definitely be back. Great job, Great attitude, and Super excellent customer service.

Angelica really made my day. She was very pleasant on the phone and she recognized me when I came in. She went above and beyond to assist me in a warranty exchange and answered all my questions. Dondas helped carry my rotors to my car in the 100 degree weather. Such friendly, helpful, and beautiful staff here. 10/10 recommend.

I was in the store on 4/24/24 and received poor customer service. There were 5 workers sitting around talking , I was the only customer in the store and they actually insisted that I go out to my car to get my VIN #.
I am not a frequent customer, however I was always appreciative of the exceptional customer support of your company. My husband, who is deceased now once worked as a manager, I mistakenly took for granted that All Autozone Stores still operated under the same pretense of Customers Care is upmost importance.
I refused to purchase my items from your store, and will not return as a customer, simply because of poor customer service.
GET IT RIGHT!!
