My kid got hurt and was taken to urgent care. They did X-rays and helped stabilize the injury, but then told us they couldn’t provide further treatment and that we needed to head to the hospital right away. When we got to the hospital, they said they couldn’t use the X-rays from urgent care because they weren’t clear and the angles were off. So I ended up paying for two sets of X-rays.

I definitely learned my lesson—next time, I’m not wasting time at urgent care. I’ll just go straight to the ER. It’s about the same distance from my place anyway, and the hospital can actually do more. Urgent care just ended up being a waste of time, money, and delayed the proper treatment.

Everytime I come here the staff is so accommodating and respectful. They always call the day after to make sure I’m ok and is definitely one of the best medical facility experiences you could ask for. Definitely recommend.

A 10/10 for cleanliness, 10/10 for the pleasantries and 10/10 for the staff helping me. I did not like the fact that instead of advising me that the facility doesn't take medicaid before I received help, I was told after those lovely nurses helped me, stating that they don't take medicaid and that I was going to pay out of pocket. No I won't. Let me before you help me. I would have gone to the hospital instead of there.

Very excellent care, professional staff. Staff was able to see me right away, stitch me right up. I even went back and had the stitches removed and I was able to get quality care all over again. Thank you so much for being there for me, from the front desk, the nurse's, to the Dr's in my time of need during my travel from the valley.

Where to start, this facility saved my husbands life
It’s hard to express my gratitude towards each one of these people you see listed below.❤️

I came in to the emergency center on August 11th in a panic
My husband had a heart attack and went into cardiac arrest, he stopped breathing prior to us reaching the emergency room.

I ran in and yelled for help and they immediately called 911
A bystander who turned out to be a doctor saw i needed help and ran over quickly to help the nurse get him out of the car and onto a gurney
He was still unconscious, they both acted quickly and started to give him compressions until the paramedics arrived.
After 30 minutes or more of compressions and 4 shocks to the heart, he is here and recovering well.

It’s extremely difficult to put into words how grateful I am for each one of these individuals that helped revive my husband that day.
Without their patience and expertise. My husband may not be here today.
Each one of these people are special and we’re both extremely grateful for all of them. ❤️

Very grateful to the team for helping me with an allergic reaction. My nurse (whose name I didn’t catch and it wasn’t on paperwork) was a blonde woman and SO kind. She made me feel very comfortable and even sent me home with this wonderful ice pack when she saw me struggling with my makeshift ziploc.

Dr. Portillo could have been a little warmer/ empathetic but overall his treatment was successful and I’m feeling much better.

I went in with heart palpitations. The staff quickly took me to an exam room and evaluated my condition. I then spoke with a doctor and received more detailed evaluation and consultation. Everyone made me feel welcomed, relaxed and well cared for. Just need to share they do not take Medicare.
