So many great performances here every season. Where else could you see Coldplay, The Decemberists, Arcade Fire, and Radiohead....FOR FREE It's pretty easy to get tickets too. Just sign up for the shows you want to see on the ACLTV blog and to improve your chances sign up a few of your friends too. 9 out of 10 times, I have gotten tickets! Only bad thing is the bar is very expensive. But considering you're seeing a free show, suck it up and pay the steep prices.

ACL Live is the best venue in Austin. You will pay a little extra but it is well worth it. Amazing selection on bands. Every seat is close to the stage and a great view.

I have attended several KLRU sponsored events with various newsmakers at the original location of Austin City Limits. This venue is clearly old school with bleacher style seating; however, due to this fact, there is not a bad seat in the house. The acoustics in this place are amazing; and you could literally hear a pin drop in dead silence. I prefer this location over the new ACL Live at Moody Theater because it has the intimacy that the larger venue clearly lacks.

This used to be the ACL tv show taping theater, now it's the home to the Social Media Club of Austin and other events. The space itself is great, but parking can be a bit difficult.

ACL is amazing, but this is for the Electric Utility. Everyone else here seems to be confused.
