It has been a long while since I have been treated with such disrespect by anyone let alone an employee of a company. Quite frankly shocked this happened in Fairbanks. I was cursed out by the front desk lady for a miss understanding on loading procedures due to “friends” being allowed to load ahead of everyone else. I attempted to apologize and was told I would need to beg for forgiveness and when my “ begging” was not to her approval she threatened to cancel my order for a cord of wood and told me she hoped my family would freeze to death. Needless to say I spoke to a manager who was polite and listened however when I left, I again attempted to apologize to the employee for any disrespect I might have displayed during our disagreement and received no reply. Also of note the cubic foot charge on pick up of wood equals out to a more expensive buy “over $100” then ordering a whole cord for delivery. This is a predatory action on the poor of Fairbanks who can’t afford a cord at a time. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic company. Friendly staff and great customer service. The kiln dried wood is amazing. There is tremendous peace of mind knowing you're getting a quality product. They have many options (delivery or self pick up) that suit all types of customer.
