Great dealer Audi Calabasas ! I bought a BMW 2018 car from them, during the inspection of the car it was found that the windshield was scratched, but the sellers promised me to repair it, after buying this car a few days later I arrived at the appointed time, it was not possible to repair the windshield and it was replaced for free! We did everything as promised! I am very pleased with the attitude of the sellers to the client, especially thank you very much for the help of Sales Manager Ark, who helped to find a profitable loan. He speaks Russian and it helped me a lot, also thanks to the seller Douglas, he also accompanied and helped me inspecting the car! Great team, good communication and attitude to the client, I recommend this dealer! I am very satisfied with the purchase of my car, I am also very pleased with my choice of dealer! Audi Calabassas, Brandon and the entire staff, were amazing! The best experience I’ve had in years and I’m in my dream car! I looked at so many options these past several weeks including Mercedes, BMW, VW, KIA, Ford…..every top of the line cross over SUV, and none of them compared the experience I had here! Kevin informed me last minute about the loaner vehicle I was looking into wouldn't be available until the following week. He did however recommended a similar Certified Pre-owned vehicle that's priced slightly under the original vehicle I was looking in.
