This has to be 1 ONE of the Worse Customer Service Ever! I spent over 3k dollars in this store, and my wife came to get a screen protector and the employee! i will not reveal her name but was rude to my wife and told her to get out of her store because she had ruined the screen protector trying to place it on the phone! 3 times she tried, and it wouldn't stick after that . My wife wanted a refund, and she laughed in her face and told her to have a good day!
So my wife left and came back 2 hours later, and she laughed in her face again and told her she wouldn't help her.
Rude, she needs to be fired!
This is my business account and it needs to be taken care of!
I am a business owner in this town and pay taxes!

Worst customer service EVER!! Bought a screen protector this morning for a Samsung flip phone I bought last week. Girl didn't put it on correctly, then wouldn't refund my money because it was already on my phone. I was exhausted because I hadn't slept on 16 hours so I left before I was mean to her. I came back this evening after I had slept and she was just as rude. Refused to fix it because I walked out this morning. Wouldn't refund my money or exchange the product. This isn't a personal account, it's a business account and it's ashamed that you would allow your employees to treat other business owners this way.

Tyler was amazing ! She was the most knowledgeable associate we have ever spoken with at any store . She explained everything about the new iPhone, the trade ins, all the promos and installation options available . Not only was she attentive to us but she acknowledged every customer that came in and made sure they knew she would be with them as soon as she could . She worked through each issue they had with them as we were waiting on the phone to transfer over .

Tyler was amazing. Her customer service skills are top notch , not to mention her knowledge ! We will always go back to this store .

My spouse and I went into the AT&T Store, in Talladega, AL, August 4th, 2023, to activate our new iPhones. We were greeted and received assistance from Porsche, the sales representative, in the store. Porsche, was personable, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. We had such an amazing experience that we took our friends into the store the following day to open new accounts, and to have their new phones activated. Tyler, the store manager, assisted my friends and I witnessed her provide the same excellent customer care that Porsche provided my spouse and I. Porsche and Tyler exhibited great attitudes; we appreciated their expertise, and the exceptional service!

Tyler was very rude I purchased a phone from the at&t store in talledega that she sold to me. The phone kept heating she took the phone and put it in the refrigerator at that store and told me it would be fine. I would never return to Talldega store again. Miranda made it happen for me in Oxford. Thanks Miranda.
