I ordered 150 gallons of oil and they filled my tank. When I called to let them know of their mistake they informed me I would need to pay in full for their mistake and they could offer no other solutions besides a $4 discount. The customer service rep was extremely rude and condescending. This company is the parent company for over 13 home fuel companies in the area and seem to have a monopoly which is why they feel safe treating their customers like this. Stay far away from them.

The customer service representative was very difficult to work with. I was calling for three days trying to get serviced when I ran out of oil and they did not help me. The service on the weekend claimed they would come early Monday morning, but now they are saying they will not come until Wednesday. They are unconcerned that I am living in a house with no heat and no hot water with freezing weather outside. I had to call elsewhere to get oil. Would not recommend working with them.
