I cannot say enough good things about Dr. P (as she is affectionately known by her patients) of her methods for treatment for all spine related disorders! Not only is she a great doctor, but she also cares deeply about the welfare of all her patients. She always greets us with a warm smile and delivers the best treatments for our particular issues. I have to say that my concerns were quickly diagnosed and treated so that I experienced immediate relief! I highly recommend her services without reservation! Also, her assistant, ‘Shy’ is a great complement to this office as well!

Dr. P is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. In full disclosure, I've known Dr. P since college, but that is what led me to her care in the first place.

Last summer my wife was dealing with herniated discs in her neck that were causing her extreme pain and discomfort. After getting two scary options for treatment from the orthopedic surgeons, I decided to give Dr. P a call knowing that she could at least lead me in the right direction for other treatment options to help my wife.

I hadn't talked to Dr. P in years, but I remember Dr. P as being kind, gentle, and bubbly from the days I knew her in college. I knew that I could trust her for advice on what to do next in order to avoid the invasive surgeries that the orthopedics had suggested. She told me that she may be able to help my wife through chiropractic care and so our journey to healing began.

This was almost a year ago now. My wife no longer suffers from the pain caused by her herniated discs. We still get adjustments for maintenance appointments now one or two times a month, but it is something we look forward to. I even started to get treatment from Dr. P in the meantime. I've been pretty abusive to my body as a skateboarder and really active person my whole life. I didn't realize how out of wack my body was. Every time I go in for treatment It is a reminder to me to take care of myself and I always leave the office feeling relaxed and refreshed. It's like going in for a body tune up.

Dr. P's personality is what I remembered most from the days back in school and what led me to seek her advice. She was, and still is, always kind and caring. This led me to trust her opinion in the first place, which led us to trust her for treatment. It was really an amazing experience seeing my wife healing over the course of a couple months.

This is all to say what I could have said in a single sentence - Dr. P is simply the best chiropractor that I have ever seen. Not only is she kind and caring, but she is also highly skilled in her chiropractic practice. We are so grateful for her help and for her friendship.

Dr. P, has been a steady figure in my life. I came to her with headaches only brought on by cough or bending down . Cough Headaches. Went for numerous cat scans and MRI . She figured it out ! My headaches are dissipating , with her knowledge she has relieved them ! I am truly blessed to have found her!!

Jeez, where to start? I have been coming to Dr Pakenham for 7 years. My physical abilities have been greatly improved with her expert care. I am on maintenance visits and notice if I go to long without a visit! I always feel great when I leave and it helps me sit during the long work week without back or hip pain. Everyone in the office is great and friendly. Appointments are always on time and pleasant. I avoided a chiropractor for 30 years because I never found "the one". So lucky to have found this lady!

I have been a patient of Dr. P's for about six months. I went to her for treatment of a back condition that had been causing pain and severely impacting my mobility. Where do I begin? I have been seeing Dr. P for about a year now. I was very hesitant to go to a chiropractor because I honestly didn’t know what to expect. After several recommendations to see Dr. P, I finally took the leap. My first visit she explained everything so thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. From that very first visit, I knew I was in good hands. As I continued to go, she would tell me step by step what to expect and never did anything unless I was completely comfortable with it. I can honestly so I have yet to go to a doctor that takes the time to do this, or even cares to do this. You are more than just a patient to her. The reason I initially went to Dr. P was for severe neck pain. As my sessions continued, the pain got less and less until there was really no pain at all. I was carrying on the same daily activities, but the pain did not seem to come back. Dr. P. is an incredible doctor with extreme care, compassion , and knowledge for her career and patients. She treats each patient with individuality and knows so much about each person personally. She takes the time to ask about your life and get to know you. She remembers what you tell her from session to session and will even follow up with conversations from your previous visits. She goes above and beyond for all her patients and has the best bedside manner I have ever seen a doctor give . Her goal is to truly help and fix people’s pain and problems. I have never met such a compassionate and loving person in my life, let alone a doctor. I would recommend her to any person on need of a chiropractor. She is amazing at her job and loves what she does.

1st off, Dr. P is a very knowledgeable, professional chiropractor. She really cares about ur condition. Her joyful upbeat way makes u feel so very comfortable.
Her receptionist, Shy, is also a very pleasant person who greets u nicely when arriving. She will set u up until Dr. P comes over. She will try to accommodate ur schedule for office visits.
I came to Dr. P about 11/2-2 mos ago with severe lower back pain. It was very hard to get in, out of bed. Needed a cane to walk around. Couldn't dive. had to rely on my wife.
My spine was pinching a nerve. At the initial consultation, she prescribed a treatment plan & went over what the goal is. She took a few xrays & talked about my condition.We started with cold laser therapy then went onto the decompression table. After about 12-15 treatments of these, the the area that was on the nerve opened enough to relieve that pain. New xrays also put my spine in a much better alignment. I'm very greatful for this & to her. We will continue this plan including other adjustments.
It's no wonder Atlantic Wellness & Spine is celebrating 10 yrs. of helping people get back to everyday living. I most definitely give a 5 star rating & pass the word around about this place.
