Wonderful utility company. Got a human person who was able to help me ( in ONE PHONE CALL) make appointment with the gas company to rerminate service from a 30 year old closed account for the inspection l needed to get a house demolished. This was all the more amazing when compared to Georgia Power - their phone maze and online circles and lack of human contact (in person or via telephone) took weeks just to get to the right department.
The service person l spoke with at Atlanta Gas was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She also got it done. Again - in one phone call. The online options were clear and concise and actually work. This is the way to run a company. Thank you.

Gave them my phone number to text arrival updates and they texted me at 12:35 am. Called to complain, and no one there takes complaints. The Corporate office kept me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. The only game in town, and they act like it!
