These people double charged me for a month of usage. Don't bother trying to solve any issues over the phone because you'll be on hold upwards of 45 minutes just to be lied to and told that the issue will be resolved. I had to take time out of my day to go in person and provide bank statements just to clear up the confusion (after waiting in the lobby for an hour). The website that they direct you to for most everything is set up very poorly, is hard to navigate, and most of the time you either can't find what you're looking for or, when you do find it, it flat out doesn't work. Most of the people that work here to not care at all and it shows. If I wasn't forced to use their services I absolutely wouldn't. This place and a large percentage of the people that work there are a joke. Good luck to anyone that has to deal with them.

Set up autopay for my water bill, got email confirming the set up, website confirmed the set up. Lo and behold, I get an email about a delinquent balance because they just… didn’t charge me? And the email came at 6pm on a Friday, so I have to wait an additional two days to hopefully resolve the problem. Why have autopay as an option if it doesn’t even work?

I terminated my services 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my security deposit check refund. They said the check was mailed out a month ago. However, there is still no update on it. I told them to cancel that check and sent a new one if it was lost in transit. Also, they refuse to give me a tracking number. It seems like a scam to not give their customers a refund on the deposit. I am this close to pulling up to their office with the authorities.

We could not get our bills despite incessantly calling the office. The without notice they disconnect our water and placed a huge bill to be paid before 4pm. We rush to the office and they tell us that bill is sent to Apartment A14 and our Apartment is 14. We even paid for reconnection Charges, all totaling $ 982.35. Please do your work diligently especially the billing section. The good thing there is always water.

I had a water leak and I informed them. They said Well bring 300 dollars or we will turn it off today. I did. A few days later they wanted a total of $500. I submitted the leak form (had to wait for the water ppl to come out) They said well it will take at least a month to process and we don't care that both toilets were leaking. (They made it sound pointless to try) They said they only care about the sinks. Now the bill is at $700 then they only took off like $100. If there were a different water company I would totally use it!!!

Multiple times payments aren’t charged to our bank; there is a “success” page reached after paying your Bill, and then it comes back around on your next bill as unpaid. Just horribly done web work.

Just dealt with two amazing ladies! Janice Brown and Rhonda Bray were helpful and flexible when dealing with transfer of our water and sewer today. This week, as most families that attend UGA are aware, is a high volume and problem solving week for employees at Public Utilities. Although the pressure was on, Janice and Rhonda were definitely 5 star representatives of not only their company but the southern graciousness we are know for in this area. Thank you both for being so efficient and delightful to work with:)

Very helpful employees. I think it would be a lot better if the set up for an account would be as easy as the power company. Phone calls would be reduced, too!
