Each technician who came out - whether to provide a quote or handle repairs/replacement - took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to me. Went into the HVAC hurtbox when my 21 yr old Lennox compressor gave up the ghost in 90+ temps. Was referred to A-Team by local property manager. Jeff arrived next day and attempted to revive the patient to no avail. Reviewed replacement options which included recommendations. Received quote same day- Thursday and had new Trane system installed and running the following Monday. Install crew weathered heat, rain and humidity. Didn’t flinch and performed a top notch installation. Highly recommend the A-Team and expect to use them again in the future!

When the local HVAC company we've loyally supported for over 20 years no longer responded to our repeated calls for help as we our ac went out during sweltering July, we were at wits-end. Luckily someone suggested we give Steve a call at A-Team Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Our plea for help was immediately heard, Steve assessed the situation, called around to find the needed part and was committed to helping remedy our issue the next day. He was timely, communicated clearly, responded to our questions and needs, plus went above and beyond. A-Team is our HVAC company from here on out. We are truly valued by them as witnessed by their customer service and workmanship. We highly recommend this local company.

It was Friday afternoon at 4:30 and of course we had a plumbing emergency! I quickly went to Google to locate a plumber that had 24 hour service and was near us. With a name like A-Team, it was at the top of the list and close to our home. I quickly gave the A-Team a call and Jeff answered promptly. I explained our dilemma. He confirmed some details, took my information and was over within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, he evaluated the situation, made some recommendations, quoted us a price and promptly went to work. It’s rare in the throes of an emergency to actually find a company that will respond so promptly on such short notice, and efficiently, professionally and politely handled the problem. If you ever need any sort of plumbing or HVAC work, I highly recommend calling Jeff Mills at the A-Team!

We needed to add a battery backup for the sump pump. In talking to a neighbor, she recommended the A-Team.

The A-Team, specifically Jeff, was responsive to our questions and offered a bid on a couple of sump pump battery backup options. On the day of installation, Jeff communicated when he was in the way and did a great job installing the system and explaining how the system worked.

We would recommend the A- Team and will use them in the future for our plumbing needs.
