In the wash bay now. $16 service. No receipt. Dispensed very little soap on left side and none on the right. Brushes didn't touch the side of the truck on the first pass. This used to be the best place in town but it's going downhill fast. This isn't the first time I've had issues. I understand that soap containers get emtpied and spray nozzles clog. Without a receipt, I feel this is the only way to bring these issues to the attention of management and the owners.
I will be more than happy to update my post after their response. I hope they do the right thing in a timely manner.

Beyond pissed!! Took my BRAND NEW car in for it's first wash since I bought it. I paid for the top service that was $18. It didn't clean it very well but that wasn't the total problem.....it SCRATCHED UP the right side of my car!!!

Pulled as instructed and it only up soap on vehicle and nothing else come no raise at all ,waited my 18.00 and my vehicle is still dirty

Never again. Car wash didn't get my car clean at all and left dark smudges on my headlight covers that weren't there previously. Half of the vacuums were broken. The remaining ones were wet and dripped water in the car and the hoses smelled like dumpster juice.

This place is horrible, the owner TROY sits and watches the camera but doesn’t help anyone. Worst car wash ever. I called and I was very frustrated at this point so I used a cuss word, TROY told me I can take my business else where as if his business is BOOMING. I said “gladly but I want a refund”. He decided he wants to hang up on me. Before I came here I heard already that his car wash doesn’t work but I wanted to give it a try. And I was proven that it doesn’t work.I will stick to tidal wave like I’ve been doing. Also he didn’t give me my refund but I’ll let him keep it because I love giving small businesses a boost. For others, I suggest you continue to go to tidal wave.

This was my first experience with this car wash. Well I will never be back. It took my money and did not wash. Pulled in as instructed, a dribble of soap came out and nothing else. A few minutes later the gate opened like the wash was done. It did this twice. Never again.

Way better that tidal wave. The machine comes to you instead of you having to ride through it for 15 seconds. You also have the option to vacuum out your car before the wash. There's also two bays so you don't have to wait long. Totally recommend!

If I could give a 0, I would. I paid $15 for my doors to be the only thing that was washed. The top of my vehicle and the trunk is still dirty. It wasn’t ever touched I do not recommend.
