Unprofessional, dishonest and overall headache… Once the final project payment was made, I couldn’t get a hold of my rep, Edward Ntalo. Completely ignored my emails and voicemails. Eventually, had to consult an attorney, contact the top executives and NYSERDA in writing to get a response. Not worth the consideration, money or time.

No response...completely unprofessional...I would almost think they were out of business except someone is still answering the phone and my emails haven't bounced back. I've been trying to reach someone there for months for help with a project that they supposedly specialize in and are the only agency to handle for my area. Not sure what's going on but I wouldn't recommend.
