I was helped immensely by Matt, who is very professional and also very personable and caring. I consulted heavily with him about what looked the best in my furniture choices and all the pros and cons of each item. I tended to meander since I was thinking of purchasing several things, and he kindly refocused me to keep staying on task. I showed him photos of the flooring, kitchen counters, etc.in my new home, and whenever I wanted his opinion I highly valued his views about what would look best. He helped me so much to make the best choices. Matt also helped me comparison shop with several bedroom sets (I got the Willowton bedroom set in whitewash) as well as several loveseats and recliners. With his help I picked the ones that are just right for me and my decor. This also goes for the 4 dining chairs and 2 dining level stools I selected with his input.
I have back pain if I stand too much, and he kept coming over to me while I sat comfortably on the recliner I liked and we viewed items on his iPad.
I am certain I got the best possible discounts on all my purchases. Matt explained the pricing and liberal discounts applied to the furniture as well as the delivery and setup.
Overall what most impressed me was his very caring and willing attitude to help. Equally important is his great command of all the features of each product and why they were right for me. If I could I would give him 10 stars! Thank you Matt!!

We walked into Ashley with the intention of just looking at their coffee tables and ended up purchasing a new bed and two nightstands. Dawna was a wonderful help in showing us around and extremely knowledgeable about the various products. What we bought is made from solid mango wood and is quite beautiful. We are extremely pleased with Ashley's service and products.

Went in on a Sunday, had our eyes on the Sophie collection. Still was debating. Michael assisted us with no pressure. Told him we were specifically looking at only purchasing the left and right chaises. That wasn’t a problem. Gave us his card and told whatever we decide we could just call him. Called Michael the next day and did the transaction over the phone. There was a minor bump in the transaction but Michael smoothed it out immediately. The chaises were delivered that Thursday. Delivery guys did an awesome job setting it up. Very professional and quick. Happy with the purchase! Our corgis approved!

I am very happy with the Ashley experience, everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. I also believe the price and quality of the furniture was very hard to beat. Sales Rep. Kimberly Owens provided personable, knowledgeable and professional sales support. I have dealt with over-zealous sales people at other stores and walked out the door. Kimberly knew the answers to my questions and provided low pressure support that made the sale. After the sale, I received constant updates on delivery date and time, all very helpful. Daniel and Martin arrived right on time and provided professional, thorough, and excellent installation of all the furniture. They made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving my house, truly a class act. I will definitely shop at Ashley in the future, and will recommend them to my friends.

Never in my life have I worked with a better group of sales people. It didn’t matter who was helping me, whether it was Breen, Mike, or Nick, and even Isaiah helped along the way. Everyone had my best interests at heart. I had just moved here from across the country and was in desperate need of furniture. They helped me find what I needed and I got lucky and caught some really great sales! They helped me work out delivery and pick ups. I will forever be an Ashley customer! I even joked about wanting a job there because everyone was so awesome!! Thank you for making this transition so much easier!
