Super easy to get there. You pull up to the ramp and ring the bell at your scheduled time. Show them your receipt and they grab your order and bring it out. They're polite and helpful. They loaded the box into the car for me as well. Simple and straightforward. The whole process took 5 minutes.

I've had the worst customer service experience with Ashley Furniture. I ordered bed rails more than 4 months ago and after numerous follow up calls and visits to the store, I'm just now getting my order. I was promised a $50 gift card 2 months ago for the inconvenience only to have that promise broken by the manager. I was promised the item would be delivered to my door but today I was directed to pick it up at the warehouse. I made an appointment to pick my item up at 4pm but when I got there they had no knowledge of my appointment. It took almost an hour for them to straighten things out. When I asked for a refund, they told me I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee! Outrageous. I would never step foot into another Ashley Furniture Home Store again.
