I needed a complete overhaul on my Yeti and from the moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Sandy(mechanic) performed a thorough check over of the bike when I brought it in. After some discussion, we agreed that he needed to open to can of worms to figure out what it needed. He emailed me a plan and price to make it happen.
I was blown away when I picked it up! This bike is 7 years old and rides better than the day I got it!! THANK YOU, Art’s for your amazing workmanship and attention to detail!!

Proud to say that I bought my Levo from these guys! I ride as fast as I can in sketchy terrain so when spending that kind of money I was looking for the perfect platform to start a custom build. To justify the expense I needed the perfect size frame for my riding style, progressive/ adjustable geometry and add on’s to suite my immediate needs. I believe that if you have the right equipment mountain biking isn’t nearly as dangerous and way more fun!

After much consultation and consideration it became apparent that I was dealing with a shop full of experienced riders. So whether you’re a beginner or a professional these guys have your back. Kudos to Arts for making it all happen for me and Kudos to Specialized for designing such a capable E bike.

We are fortunate here in SLO to have a several great bike shops. The guys at Art's Cyclery however, take things to the next level. I have had them help me with quick things like brake lever bleed and derailleur adjustment. The most recent project was a creative internal routing of a dropper post cable on my hardtail. Totally recommend Art's, these guys will listen to your needs and will offer best customer service ever. They make you feel part of their crew, just join Taco Tuesday's rides and you will see it for yourself.

I went to Art's Cyclery after looking around at other bike shops. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. I went in to get my bike chain replaced and a small tune-up along with buying a bike lock. upon entering the staff greeted me and was incredibly nice. I was able to get my bike fixed within a week. I also got the dates mixed up and brought my bike in a week early and they were kind enough to hold on to it for me until the appointment day. My bike is now fixed and runs smoothly again! The price surprised me with how fair it was. I will definitely come back here for my bike service and highly recommend it as well!

High quality group of people that work at Arts! Their team went out of their way to ensure I could ride my bike by finding a loaner shock while my shock was sent in for warranty. Always a good experience!
