Wonderful company. My parents were customers for over twenty years. When they moved away and I called to and their service the gentleman I spoke with recognized them by name and was genuinely sad to end their service. He wished them well and was quite kind. I highly recommend this company.

We’ve been on their ‘keep full’ service, which worked fine for several months / a couple refills. We recently ran out with guests staying at the property. Not sure what we’re paying them for if they don’t actually keep it full…

We live in Skagway and own several gas heaters. Getting them repaired has been like pulling hen's teeth. I just couldn't find anyone. One sat at a heating repair place in Whitehorse, Yukon, for over a month, without so much as being touched. Upon contacting the tech at Arrowhead, he related that he thought he'd be able to help, but that it may take a little time because of repair demand. I shipped it off to him, and because it ended up being a simple, easy repair, I had the heater back in less than a week, including shipping it both ways! Amazing service! We have four of these propane gas heaters, and every single one will be going to Arrowhead for servicing. I love living in Alaska, but customer service sometimes lacks when folks have the 'take it or leave it' attitude. My experience here was a breath of fresh air!
