We called them with our backed up septic tank, and they gave us a quote and said they would be there the next day at a certain time. They were true to their word, fixed the problem and charged us the quoted price. The person was friendly, and explained every question we had. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Luke with Arnett was fantastic! When our toilets started gurgling and not flushing we were very stressed - being on septic we know things can get expensive. We had called another company and their price tag was insane even before they could identify the problem. Luke figured out our pump was fried quickly and the next day we had a new pump installed and running. The price was reasonable and they completed the work quickly. Thank you Arnett!

When you DO have to spend money, you want it to be for work and a company like this. They got our job done within 24 hours, arrived exactly on time, communicated well before and during the work, and were friendly and respectful. They suggested an improvement I could do myself. They took credit card payment right after the work, and the reasonable price I paid was what was quoted—no surprise “add-ons.”. Absolutely no reason I wouldn’t call this company first when I need septic work again. Brandon and his crew were great.

When I was told by the plumber that I had an urgent situation with my septic tank, I reached out to several septic companies. One that said they service my area in their ad informed me that they don't. Another said it would be 5 days before they could get to me, and Arnett promptly responded that they could get out within 2 days, possibly 1 depending on my location. They ultimately were able to get to me very early next day, working me into an already full schedule so that we could return to normalcy with a pumped septic tank that was previously backing up into the house. They went out of their way to deal with a customer in need, and I am happy to provide this endorsement for their services, which were highly responsive, professional, and had a sense of urgency in addressing my problem. I strongly recommend them and will use them again when the time comes.

I wish I could give more stars. Exceptional service and professional work. They came out and cleaned the septic tank and helped clear a drain line. The cost was better than the quotes I received by other local companies. The young men were very polite, well mannered, and knowledgeable. They explained everything toe and showed me how to prevent future problems.
