This place is how other places should be run. Everyone is friendly. I arrived 2.5 early checked in was given a door right away. Back up to door ,leave room for then to cut the lock. Took about a. Hour overall and I was ready to leave

So I must be one of the unfortunate ones today. My appt was at 10:00am I showed up at 0830. It is 12:45pm and they still haven't loaded me yet. There is Overnight Parking but there are also places close by to park. People are friendly. Plenty of room to maneuver truck. I think they were just a little short handed today on Monday. You'll drive through a gate but no one at guard shack. Just go all the way to back to drivers entrance. Simple and straight forward.

*OVERNIGHT PARKING* Came in last night around 10pm gate was opened and there was no one at the guard shack (I believe there never is) so as you're coming in take a hard left right away and just follow the road it will take you around the other side of the building. Door 9 is where you check in they open at 6am tho had a 10am appointment and by 7am i was docked up getting unloaded by 8 i was out the gate. Very friendly staff would definitely come back! Super clean restroom available.

Pulling on premises make left after guard shack go to rear of building about half wway down is driver check in. Do not break seal. Park 5 ft from door manager breaks seal you open doors back up wait for green light. Paperwork will be inside trlr then you may leave. Fast check in. Fast unloading. Friendly staff As of 9/23/20. Also got a snack bag and water with some sanitizer wipes.

Attention Drivers : No Overnight Parking gate is remain closed until 6am, easy in n out lots of room for maneuver friendlystaff I love the atmosphere of shipping office cool music those lady’s wow I love their working style love to come back for more delivery or pick up!! 4 stars just because no overnight parking !!
And yes 6am check in 6:40am out faster then you expect 😍😍

Everything went well for me.. I arrived early about 2 hr and they load me up about 30 minutes I was done.. So I guess there good days for us out here and bad days.. But today was a good day 5 star I think 🤔 there over nite parking on the other side shipping is on the backside.. And the the guard shack there no one's in there just make a hard left and come around back to shipping and receiving
