I am a relatively new customer and I found their service to be excellent! Especially the tech group. They were really nice and knowledgeable about getting my WAVE service set up quickly without any problems. Same goes for the electrical service! Very happy with AVEEC!

They are a sorry company. I hate I have no choice but to use them. I paid on my electric bill May 20th $200 while working and had no bill in front of me to see what the complete total was I needed to pay. I was $45 off what I should have paid and now they are making pay another $248 by June 7th because of the $45 I should have paid with the payment I made May 20th. Just greedy people . Knowing we are all out here struggling. They are sorry and I will be reaching out to some one higher up on the chain about them and how they are treating people. Horrible, Horrible people. Pocola Arkansas Valley Electric company is just nasty to their customers.

Good people! I was having trouble paying a bill and they went above and beyond to help me. I'm very grateful for their help and the ladies in office are always very nice and understanding. I am used to dealing with OG&E and you just don't get that with them! If it weren't for their excellent service and compassion I wouldn't have electric right now. Thanks guys!

Moving into a new place and trying to get set up with never having done this before was overwhelming, Russell was in communication with me many times, told me every step what was next and what I needed to do all I'm between the rains.. the guys came out and set my poles quickly and I can barely tell they were there. The lady at the office front desk was very nice and helpful also.

Customer service with the Wave internet service is non existent. Wait times are 80 to 100 minutes. Operators are incompetent or poorly trained. Supervisors are non existent and do not return calls. Complete lack of responsibility on the part of management. If you have a different option for internet choose it.

Great company and I never had any issues the 3 years I’ve used them. Now I have OG&E and I hate that company. I wish I could still use Arkansas valley.

"Wait time is 2 minutes, you are number 1 in line".......waited 1 Hr and 27 minutes after that. Then call hung up. Called again. Waited 55 minutes to no avail. Had better luck going to the place.
