Thank you “Arc energy “for a easy, stress free solar installation- If you are looking at solar company’s online, we can say from beginning to end of process this small , local company has our respect. My experience with Arc Energy Solutions was awesome. I had a lot of fears about having solar installed because of the horror stories i had heard from others who had solar installed (about “true up” bills). Brandon did a great job answering all of my questions and explaining the process. He also made sure that the design included enough panels to accommodate my energy usage. Arc Energy Solutions has also made themselves available to answer additional questions after installation was complete. Most solar companies come at me pushy, this guy Jarod was not pushy at all, we explained why we could not get solar (3 layers on roof) he explained our options, gave us a solution to roll our solar, roof and patio problem into the solar loan! I was informed through the whole process (mom has cancer lots of appts) I knew when they would be at the house and knew every step of the process, the ENTIRE process went off without a hitch! Good Job Arc Energy!! We have since hired Danny Lovan and Jack Wolf for our go to general contractor and roof guy!!
