I have had my solar panels since 2010. Whenever I had a problem, they came to help. When I had a problem in 2022, they gave excuses and run around for almost a year. Then, they just stopped answering my calls.

The workmanship is good, Aram is a knowledgeable and personable person, however after having my system for going in 10 years, when I had a problem, customer service is as bad as gets. My problem to this date January 2023 after calling on Oct 2022, my problem has not been resolved. In fact I had to call another solar company and actually purchased 10 more panels. I have no problem with workmanship, it’s customer service that I have a problem with. If you are a new customer great, customer with a problem….”we’re busy”

Aram solar put my system in, I needed someone to take a look at the inverter. Wow! Terrible customer service , kept telling me someone would be out for a good month- nobody came- cannot depend on them to back their work or equipment

Installation was fine, but follow up was the most horrible and worst experience I have EVER had! The Genorac was not running, and thus inoperable during a power outage. They scheduled 11 times(within a 2 month period) to come and update my Genorac and canceled half a dozen times, and didn't show up the other half. After 9 months of this; and my Genorac being under warranty from Aram Solar, I finally opted to use another company. Warranty maintenance/service, scheduling, and customer service is bottom of the barrel.

I had the best experience when dealing with Aram and his solar team. From the very beginning to discussing what type of system would be needed to the installation itself and even after was really smooth. He always picked up the phone and answered every question I had. I never felt like his or his teams care diminished at all once the contract was signed like you get with other sales reps. I will definitely be calling Aram Solar again for my future home energy needs. Thank you

After 4 years of research for solar for our 1897 sq. foot home we finally pulled the trigger and we couldn't have been happier that we chose Aram Solar and the HERO program to install a 8.55kw Solar system to cover current and future growth of our family of soon to be 5!!

Trust me everyone when I say this...Aram the business owner is passionate about what he does, it comes through in the way he talks about projects he's worked and many other things! Sitting down with Aram was easy...he easily explained everything so that we fully understood what we were buying and it was nice to talk to someone who treats you with respect and kindness. We know without a doubt that the work will be performed professionally and ontime.

I can get you we called at least 12 companies over the years......I even called Energy Saver Pros out of Loomis, CA who had a 5 star rating and they were probably the WORST company to deal with out of all of them......I had to call Energy Savers 3 times just to get someone to call me back and they were suppose to get back to me Friday...well it's not Saturday night and NOTHING.

Do yourself a favor....contact Aram Solar....give them a try I promise you , that he will make you feel comfortable, answer all your questions and seriously talk to him about that HERO program you'll be glad you did!

The business is very professional yet family-owned, run by a husband-wife team and their crew. The job was clean, perfect, on-time and on-budget. They did everything they said they would do, and we have had ZERO ISSUES in almost 15 years. I highly recommend them.

Full solar array of 40 panels on two roofs. Solar output above my expectations as promised in the system designed by Aram. Very knowledgeable, experienced and committed to his company and customers who have made the wise choice in investing in solar. Enjoyed working with the owner of the company and not a salesperson. Job began and completed in the time frame agreed upon. All American well made and warrantied equipment and installation. Researched and interviewed five different companies. We chose Aram Solar and am very happy we did. ADDITION: Operating great 6 months later and above my expectations A couple of very minor wi-fi problems on my end.. Aram corrected quickly and helped me navigate the Solaredge Portal. Can't wait for the true up in Sept. with a big fat zero owed to PGE Thank you again Aram!
