So first, they shut off our power because some made a mistake and couldn't read that the shut-off date wasn't until the second of April. So then, they tell us a technician will be here the next day to reset our manual meter. We wait all day, nobody shows up. We call APS. And they tell us a technician will be there within an hour or two. 6:15 pm and nobody's here. It must be great having a monopoly on utility services so that you can screw with your customers, lie to them, and make them wait on you all day. Won't make that mistake again.
