Same as everyone else here. Just chiming in to add my name to the ever-growing list of folks who got scammed by this site. Website isn't the best I've seen but by far not the worst. Convincing enough for me to proceed with an order. Got order confirmation, got receipt, then crickets. Attempted to call "support" only to find it's a cell phone. Then I went back to google and saw all the reviews. Have disputed charge with cc company and WILL be looking into taking further action to get this site shut down. I'm not the one...

Fraud Fraud Fraud! Do not use. Paid for items online with CC, got an acknowledgement & charged, but then ghosted. After digging into the company, I saw several others with the same experience. Their website looks promising, but at a closer dive, their "Customer Testimonials" are all fake. Each of three photos posted with the review can be Google Image Searched to bring up dozens of other people's names, jobs, etc. Strange, because they do have a US Government Cage Code ─ which is free, but it is pretty time consuming.

This company has a slick website selling specialty products, but it must be a fraud. It operates out of an old apartment complex 605 Webster Ave in Anaheim, CA, not an office or warehouse. No response to phone or email requests for products not received. Filed with credit card company and bank to dispute transaction for non-receipt of goods after 30 days. (Now 60 days) I don't care if you're a drop ship company with no office but give me my products in a timely fashion or refund my money. Will be filing a complaint with BBB as well.

Placed an order, called to see about delivery time got voice mail. Called twice a day for next three days - only voice mail every time - no call back. Sent 3 emails - no feedback - no update about stock etc. Had to get CC company to start a dispute. Terrible
