Wow I have to give this company five stars! This was my first time using them my washing machine broke Saturday morning last weekend when I put my bed sheets in and this company showed up within 3 hours it took the man 12 minutes to fix it saved my weekend and was completely kind considerate cleaned up his mess and charged me an incredibly reasonable amount. For me they were a lifesaver I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for appliance repair as the man that came to my house was incredibly knowledgeable. They literally saved me! Try them out let them save you too

They are a very dishonest repair people. The technician was dispatched by warranty company. Was paid the trade fee ahead of time and when came found the appliance was not running due to broken hinge, instead of claiming it as tear and wear he blamed it on us as we broke it. With that he does not have to come back and he already made the money he would have made from the warranty contract which is the trade fee. Had he claimed it as tear and wear as it is really he would have to order the part and come repair it. Because of his diagnosis the warranty company won’t pay for the repair.

He would not provide a report for the diagnosis. Upon asking he said get it from warranty company. Warranty company says get it from him. They are trying to get him to send me the repair report. I am still waiting.

I am really busy all of the time, so when my Monogram 48 Inch Pro-Style All-Gas Range started acting up the first thing I thought was, I do not have time for this. So I had my assistant call up My Appliance Repair Los Angeles I have used them in the past and they always work really hard to schedule an appointment during my window of opportunity. I told him to get me an appointment for Saturday morning. He set up the service call, and sure enough Saturday morning the repairman William showed up on time. I told him just to fix it as soon as possible. I was very surprised to see that he had the parts he needed with him. He had the Range fixed in under a half an hour, with no return visit. I was so happy. This is the best service experience I have had since moving to LA. My Appliance Repair Los Angeles is a great company. They really care about customer satisfaction.

Sometimes, the customer gets a bad review… Alex called and then came out as scheduled. I recently had some plumbing work done in my garage. After which I noticed my cold water cycle was not working; Alex immediately found that the supply hookups were reversed☹️. I had moved my dryer closer to an outside wall and moved the door such that it would open from the opposite side. From that point on, the dryer would stop working giving me an error code of “door not closed”. Alex found that I had put the catch in backwards. 🤪 Thanks, A & M; Alex was really great and patient with me as I stood there, red faced and scratching my head.

Second time getting a repair from this company! (Different appliances of course) this time it was a dishwasher. Lovely woman over the phone booked my appointment very quickly. The guys who came to diagnose and repair my dishwasher were amazing and got the job done with no problem, even gave me a discount since I kept their business card/magnet from the last service I got!
