Scott is fantastic!! He answered the main Appalachian Renewable Resources phone number, and I explained that my system was installed by a company no longer in business. Scott asked about the kind of system I had, which included SolarEdge, which he works with. I explained what was working and that there was no connection to the utility. Scott walked me through the components on my system that could explain the problem. I took a picture of the utility connection box and Scott identified the problem right away and explained how to fix it. So with Scott's help over the phone, I was able to fix the system!! I could not ask for more!!!! And Scott offered to put me on the calendar to check the system for other potential issues.
After calling at least 5 other local solar companies in Knoxville, TN with little to no response, it is amazing to talk with a great technologist, right away and get my problem fixed within 5 minutes on the phone!! Wow!!!! I could not ask for a better experience. Too bad Appalachian Renewable Resources does not appear at the top of the Google Search page!

Scott is fantastic. The solar system on my home stopped functioning correctly and the business that installed it is no longer in business. Called Scott who took the time to see if I could fix it while he talked me through it, however found out inverter needs replacing. Now he is going to adjust his schedule to fix it in a timely manner.

I can't say enough about Scott at Appalachian Renewable Resources, he is an angel. Being from south Florida and while traveling in the beautiful state of Tennessee I had a problem with the solar system on my Promaster van. Scott came to the rescue, new exactly what the problem was, went out of his way to find the part needed and delivered it to my location within a couple hours not days!!! Now my journey continues.Thank you so much Scott.
