I tried to call them last month 4 times to get them clean my greasetrap but i couldn't ,
i ended up getting ticket by city ! Poor customer service !!!

The company came in to the restaurant i work in and charged us $95 just to tell us that the pipe was broken (which we already knew and asked them to fix). Instead the manager cursed us out when we asked if he could remove the charge. Soon after, we left a comment on google and they refused to offer us service until we remove the comment. Once we did remove the comment, they told us that they will never serve the business ever again and to go look for someone else to take care of our issue. Waste of time and horrible staff. Would not recommend to anyone.

I really want to give zero stars, we’ve been a customer of theirs for two years and every time we call them for service they never get it right meaning they never come on time (the scheduled time we agreed upon) this morning our service was to supposed to be at 11 o’clock I know how they usually do business so I told my husband to start calling at 10:30, the lady who answered the phone stated she would speak to the driver to see where he was and also that he should be in route. (Not really wanting to be a pest but again I know how they usually do business) I asked my husband to call back to see if she had actually spoken to the driver (this was at 10:45) she then passed the phone off to a “gentleman” who got on and stated they had already been to my business twice! we’re like huh! how ! We’ve been here since 9:45am waiting on them! (Our business is a restaurant, we open at 12 o’clock but we like to get serviced before then so the customers won’t get grossed out by the smell) So you mean to tell me you came twice and didn’t bother to call us or knock on the door? Plus it wasn’t even 11:00 yet, that was a full blown lie! we had been in the lobby looking out for them, as we have inspection tomorrow and was really depending on them. But the real kicker was when the gentleman told us we just needed to use someone else, I was floored and felt disappointed and disrespected. The people that come to do the actual service are pretty cool, but the office staff sucks and couldn’t care less about customer service smh
