We LOVE our Apex windows! Our original 1988 windows were in rough shape with no screens and we knew we needed new windows but kept pushing this big cost to the bottom of our list. I don't remember his name, but a nice young man stopped by with details on Apex and we decided to hear the sales pitch. We later met Ethan who is an exceptional sales person, very responsive, great communicator, and just an overall nice person. Ethan gave his presentation and we walked the house and went over a few personalized details. My husband is a commercial architect and understands the construction and function of their windows and he was very impressed. I believe we waited 12-14 weeks as we have the black on the outside and white inside. Both Mary and Maria in the office were also great communicators and very responsive. Alex was our master installer along with his team. They installed our slider first and then the 14 windows a couple weeks later. Again, great communications and all were very detailed with the install and clean up. I don't think we realized how nice the windows would look. These are before and after pics of our primary bedroom. Love the full screens and how you can bring the window up or down to let a breeze in the house plus easy cleaning features.

We bought our home in Nolensville, TN in 2005. We live in the Bent Creek neighborhood. Over the years with age, the builder grade windows with their many cracks and crevices let unwanted air, cold and hot, into the house. In addition they were wood frames and had some rot, so it was time to change them. Comparing price and quality of brands, Apex stood out as a great option for us. Ethan was a great sales and service lead on the project. Todd did all of the measuring, a man with 30 plus years of building experience. Alex and his crew did a fantastic job caring for every detail of the install. The windows look fantastic, are high quality, and keep the heat in and the cold out. We customized a couple of windows and a door along with installing all of the regular windows. We highly recommend giving Apex a call for your window and door replacements.

Had a WONDERFUL experience from beginning to end. Our experience with Ethan in sales was easy, informative, and very communicative. Price was competitive. And the door itself/ the quality is excellent and we couldn’t be happier with the product. It came in very quickly and install day was a breeze. Truly awesome. Would recommend!

Apex recently came out and did all of our windows and a new sliding glass door. They were very communicative before the install and the windows arrived sooner than expected. On the day of install I was anxious because I hate mess, but the guys were great at cleaning up and making sure we were happy. There were a few things that were just cosmetic that they came back and fixed in a timely manner. We appreciate the job they did and would recommend!

We had 20 new Apex windows installed earlier this week, replacing nasty contractor grade windows. We couldn’t be more happy with the entire process. Sales were not high pressure. They were honest and straightforward. The communication with us until the windows arrived for install was excellent. Two days to install and you wouldn’t even know there was work done at our house. We are happy with our Apex experience.

We needed new windows and decided to go with Apex Energy Solutions after speaking with Ethan, their rep. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He walked us through each step of the process and answered all our questions. Each person we encountered along the way was the same. Todd was our measurement guy and Brian was our lead installer. The entire process was easy and seamless. We have only had our windows for a little over a week but we can already tell a huge difference! We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

I would highly recommend contacting Apex if you're looking to replace windows or doors. After first meeting with Ethan Sherrer to hear him explain how Apex does business we decided to go with them. Ethan explained each step of how the process, including sizing, determining the type of windows we wanted, ordering as well as paying. The best part is that everything he told us actually happened in the order we were told. No surprises. The crew that installed the windows were great. They were careful in doing the work to make sure nothing was damaged on the inside and out. They were really careful around the outside to make sure the gutters were not dented or scratched. Based on the work done and how it was handled I would highly recommend Apex. They replaced 29 windows in 3 days, plus a backdoor.

At last our APEX windows are installed. We had to reschedule once because of heavy rainfall and then because of snow. They were there the day after the snow and began work on one of the coldest days of the year. Alex was our installer and he and two other workers did a great install. They replaced one window at a time in our day room. This really did cut down on the cold entering the house. They completed 13 windows that day. They were back the next to complete the trim work. Other than one window that was cracked on arrival the install went fine. The debris inside the hose was kept to a minimum. Drop cloths were placed at each window. Alex was a pleasure to work with. The windows look really good and we are excited to have them.
Now for the rest of the people involved. Ethan was our salesman. Ethan is a very nice young man that was a pleasure to work with. He has a strong handshake and good eye contact which is important to me. He was easy to talk to and walked us through the purchase process. He came to the house several times and was there at the finish. He walked through the house with us preparing a short punch list and explaining the window operations.
We never met Mary but she kept she updated on the sale, the construction phase and scheduling the install. The timely emails and text were welcomed.
So in the end we have been impressed and pleased with the entire process of working with APEX windows
