Absolute crap materials and craftsmanship and slippery warranty policy that Anline uses to get out of replacing their crappy windows when they fall apart. Which they will. Even the ones they replaced have fallen apart in the same way except now they say they shouldn't have honored the warranty the first time and won't honor it again. The seals inside are failing, again, and the gas escapes which limits the insulating properties and looks terrible. The metal components from inside the frames have fallen out and most of the windows do not open/close/lock properly anymore. AVOID. SHAME ON THEM.

Purchased the windows and had them installed in 2022. The noise reduction is pretty much non exisent. So don't expect much there. Be prepared to lose lots of window space as the vinyl is quite significant. The biggest issue, though, is the permanent sticker marks that show up. We have tried all the methods recommended by Anlin. An Anlin rep tried, the installer tried, and we have tried. Attached are pics to show how well it shows up.

We had our Anlin French patio doors opened by a strong wind gust. We called the Anlin field support and they sent Roberto Ortiz to fix. He analyzed the issue and took apart the locking components and found an installation error that eluded original installers and prior support team. He was able to fix it by grinding the latch on the bottom of the door sill so that the lock stayed in place completely. Roberto was a good listener and great at explaining the locking mechanism. Thank you Roberto!

Serviceman Eric Duverge in less than 10 minutes was very quick to resolve our Anlin Sliding Door’s inability to open/close smoothly simply by adjusting our door’s rollers!

Before leaving Eric applied dry silicone lubricant on BOTH our Sliding Door and Screen Door!

I truly appreciate Roberto’s professionalism. It was early morning- 7am! We had 3 windows and a set of French doors that needed repair. He was able to work efficiently and professionally. I was initially worried about having someone over in the morning as the kids and I prepared for work and school- but he put me at ease and worked quickly showing me each repair. While I hope I don’t need repair anytime soon- if I do again, I know I’m in good hands. Thank you!

Anlin still as of 10/28/24 promises to contact but no response. Here in AZ they are not even trying to correct.in fact they have subbed out the replacement glass to Cardinal glass who obviously does not have a clean facility. Last promise the manager was going to call but apparently there is no concern on their side.

I do not recommend Anlin as their quality control is terrible. Look elsewhere they may have a great warranty but products are low quality. We had 17 Anlin windows installed in our Arizona home. Two windows next to our front door one overhead and one alongside have been replaced and are still not acceptable as you can see in the pictures. This is what they look like when the sun hits them directly in fall and in the spring when the sun is low in the sky. To me it looks like they are not trying to correct the issue. This problems as been going on since March due to lack of response. Ive had Milgard and Antrim windows before without these problems so I cannot in good faith recommend Anlin but wish I would have gone with another brand.

Do not install Anlin windows. At this point we are on the ignore list the problem has not been restored do they care. Stay with a major manufacturer this is not one of them!

We had 4 windows and 1 patio door replaced a year ago. 2 of the windows seem fine. 2 of the windows are drafty. The windows were not installed properly, and upon further inspection, the windows are DEFECTIVE. They seem to be like single pane instead of thermal pane, therefore the cold air. The patio door is great as far as drafts and warmth, but the installer put the wrong size in. It's 2" shorter than it should be.
