Dylan O was an absolutely amazing plumber he did a very good job fixing my sewer pipe that was clogged heavily with roots and even stayed super late to make sure my house was taken care of and flowing properly. He didn’t try to upsell me and explained everything to the best of his ability and was very professional. I really appreciate Dylan for taking care of my home and he even taught me some stuff in the process of fixing it.

Answered the phone promptly. Johnny was very courteous and professional over the phone and just as he stated someone messaged me within about 20 minutes and told me when they would be coming my way. UPDATE Dustin was here Saturday, completely professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. He told me my new unit would be installed Monday and they would be here by 9am. They were and just as professional and nice. They clean up so well you can not tell they were here. I have a new unit blowing strong. I highly recommend this company.

Dylan was very nice and worked hard to replace our sink basket; it had calcified and had to be cut out. He chose a new sink basket with a very pretty strainer that I just love. He did a great job and was very pleasant and nice to talk to.

In September of 2024 we purchased a complete HVAC system for our home from AND Services, based on referral from friends. When receiving the quote the AND representative displayed extreme sexism refusing to even talk to my wife about our potential business without me being present. Despite this we chose to move forward with AND due to the well known brands they install and the reassurance of friends. Being in the military I wanted to have the new system installed before deploying for 6 months so I could have peace of mind knowing my family would have one less thing to worry about. Installation day seemed to have gone smoothly with two representatives finishing the complete install within the day. Days following the installation I noticed the exhaust pipe from the roof protruding, but thought it was merely a cosmetic blemish that I could get resolved upon coming back from deployment. While deployed my family suffered from chronic illnesses and headaches resulting in new medications and numerous doctors visits. After returning home I began moving storage into the attic when I noticed the exhaust pipe was completely disconnected, and never had been. After the realization that carbon monoxide had been flooding the attic, and was the likely culprit to my families health issue’s I immediately turned off the system and called AND. After finally getting ahold of an AND Services representative that could help we were informed a technician wouldn’t be available to come out to our residence till the following day. AND refused to take accountability of the issue stating they simply plugged the new system in without ever going into the attic, which was a blatant lie considering the 3ft of additional exhaust pipe that had been protruding from the roof and was removed by the technician would resolved the issue. After acknowledging the issue AND continued to state that they shouldn’t be liable for my families health problems, but rather the Okaloosa inspectors office should be due to the permit and inspection. After contacting Okaloosa Growth Management about the inspection it became apparent AND Services conducted a virtual inspection providing photos without any oversight on proper installation or function. AND Services General Manager went on to claim their was no way to prove their negligence on the installation, and that my request to have a third party to inspect the installation fix AND Services had done would result in the systems warranty being voided. This type of negligent action could have very easily resulted in the death of my wife and two children while I was deployed. AND Services customer service was nothing short of deplorable taking absolutely no accountability for my family’s lives.

I had an outstanding experience! From the start, they were incredibly knowledgeable and provided clear, straightforward advice about the issues and solutions. It was refreshing to work with someone who not only knew their craft so well but also took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense.

The quality of work was top-notch, and the whole process was handled efficiently and professionally. I genuinely felt confident in every recommendation made because of the technician’s depth of knowledge and honest communication.

Technicians like this are rare and is an asset to the company and absolutely deserves a raise for the excellent service and expertise provided. Highly recommended!

My wife and I would NOT recommend AND Services. The tech, Russel, claimed he would have to dig to expose 6 feet of pipe - as you can see he did not. Nor did he backfill the hole that was dug - told us to go buy a bag of dirt/sand to fill it in. They did not clean up any debris they created. They charged us $460 per hour…and he took his time! Keep looking - there has to be better service providers in the Crestview/FWB area.

This company scams people, don’t be surprised when you get a “free maintenance” and they show up late and tell you, you have 500 things wrong with your ac then overcharge you to have it fixed, or try to sell you an overpriced ac system. How do I know? Well I used to work there. Also your tech may seem to be in a good mood but I can tell you first hand the employees hate their lives because of the shady “management team” micromanages them beyond belief. They go so far as to putting cameras in their work vehicles and stalk them on a regular basis. They pay is good if you know how to sell, if you don’t then you don’t make any money, literally, or you get fired. I can’t stress enough to GET A SECOND OPINION, they don’t like that because they know they are trying to rip you off. The techs are good hearted people but they work for crooks.
