Customer service with Amigo energy was great. Only complaint was being placed on hold at the end to connect the call to a different company selling water filters. It was totally unnecessary to spend five more minutes listening to a pushy water filter pitch.

Had a great Rep. named Paige Delancey. He did everything he could to get my service set up for today. He even waited for me to get to the bank to deposit funds for my deposit. He made everything quick and easy! You need more reps like him!😊

I ordered service for my rental property take them almost 30 minutes to process and the service guy take all my information do the credit check was approved. They also sent me my confirmation number by email also they asked me if I like to enroll auto pay with bank account or credit card. They told me the light will be turned on today. But late afternoon the light was not turned on yet. So I called amigo electric company to get them my confirmation number they told me my service not approved yet the Special team will Finalize in 24 hours. That is very disappointing service I will never deal with this company again.

This company ducks. They're rates are extremely expensive and their reps will lie (or not disclosr) important information. Example: A rep called me a couple of days ago. She informed about a flat monthly rate of $171.60 for twelve months. After some research I discovered if use use over that amount any month during the twelve month period I'll get billed for it. What a SCAM. Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this company.
