I get at least 2 calls a day from their solicitor (I beleive from Pakastan) This is no way to gain business . It's invasive, rude & annoying. If I ever wanted to change solar companies, this would be my last choice.

I purchased a system off of them. A few years back I was looking to update it. They promised me they would look into it and help me right away. It has At least a year and a half.... of Patiently. .....calling them once a month and they still have done nothing for me . All of them at American Solar Partners Lee/ Arron/ and Richardo have lied to me and strung me along for over a year. Warning, they cannot be trusted and their promises are worthless. I also had a problem with my monitoring system. It took them 9 months for them to stop by and fix it. Again, do not trust these people. Their word means absolutely nothing. I'm still have any problems with my system. And they know where to be found.

Very difficult to work with. House had solar panels already when we moved in. Trying to deal with this company has been a headache. Since early July we have been trying to get our solar up and running. Called several times over several weeks and tech finally came after 3 weeks. Diagnosed issue as broken inverter. Said he would under a new one under warranty and it should take 2 weeks for it to arrive then he would install it. Took about 5 weeks to come. Now that it is ready, been another month of trying to get a hold of them to come install new inverter. Very frustrating as we’ve now lost all of the time with the summer sunlight.
Frustrating and really not a well run business. Not exaggerating we have probably called 100+ times in total.

This is the worst company that I have ever worked with. I took out a huge loan for a solar project and the inverter has broken twice in three years. Last Spring, the inverter broke for its second time but here we are in September and they still haven’t fixed it. Communication has been dismal (the company stopped answering my calls) and there has been zero urgency to get this fixed all summer, despite my best efforts. I lost the best months of solar production and there’s no telling when/if they’ll be back up and running any time soon. Save yourself the headaches that this has caused me!

I wish I could give ASP zero stars. They did a good job installing my system because they hired a union electrician. The system broke down two times since it was installed. It took ASP months to correct the problems.
I’ve been calling them since July to get them to repair a faulty installation problem that is still under warranty.
It’s December now and it’s still not fixed.
Their service is terrible!

I used American Solar Partners to install my panels and I Highly recommend them. They are very professional and helpful. The install was excellent and without any problems. They cleaned up and check back in a few days to make sure there were no problems.
About a month after the install, my internet for the solar panels was unplugged causing it to lose the connection. They called me and over the phone we corrected the problem that was not their fault.

In less than 2 years since the installation by ASP, the system broke down.
It took more than a week for someone from ASP to call me back after I contacted them many times about the problem. The person gave me an appointment for a technical team to visit my premises to troubleshoot the problem. The appointment was for two weeks after our phone conversation.
I canceled plans I had for that day to be home for the technicians.
No one from ASP showed up on the day of the appointment and no one called. I finally got in touch with the person who made the appointment and he explained that he couldn't find anyone who wanted to work that day.

I'm so upset at these guys! Upset that I wasn't able to meet them any sooner! This group is fantastic and everyone on the team does an amazing job! Very professional all around.

We looked into solar for a while and finally pulled the trigger after my sister had her system installed. From the beginning, American Solar Partners explained everything to us and broke down the investment, time, and what to expect. There were absolutely no surprises throughout the process and now that our system is installed, I always look forward to seeing how low my energy bill is every month.

Lee and his team are truly amazing and a real pleasure to work with. I just wish we had done this sooner to save even more money!
