I'll even give them 6 Stars, not five))
The problems with my Tesla Gateway were solved with in 1 hour when Technician was arrived to my property..
Now I'm able to use my backup power , as long as The technician helped me to configure the powerwall modes in Tesla App..

I want to share my experience with American Solar Care, as long as I have solar and the original installer is no longer taking care of my solar issues..
It took only 72 hours when i made phone call and got Service technician to fix my solar inverter problems..
Amazing Customer Service and Professional Technicial Service.
I'll highly recommand those guys!!
