From locating the company at the Home & Garden show, to in-home explanation and sales (Michael Gonzales) to the installation and final inspection (Jonathan, Nick, Cory and others) it was a great experience. Michael did a great job explaining the product and process and ensured all of our questions were answered before we committed to the product. They took care of making sure the appropriate forms were filled out and sent in for our solar rebate and followed up with me quite often on any questions that I had along the way. I appreciated the quick responses from the team. They even informed me of a roofline issue they noticed while they were performing the installation, so I could get that taken care of. They were very thorough and cleaned up well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for solar panels for their home.

American Sentry Solar is an excellent company to work with and provides excellent service and an excellent product. Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. The sales staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. Installation was quick, taking two days. Installation would have only been one day had weather not been a factor. And they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, leaving nothing laying around in my yard after either day. Had it not been for the fact that I could see the progress on top of my roof, I wouldn't had known they had been there when I got home from work. I was kept informed of what was going on, every step of the way and they handled all of the paper work for permits, HOA, and rebates. The panels themselves have been a great investment outperforming our expectations. I couldn't be happier with the service, the people, or the product.

From day one contact with the company's sales rep to the final hookup with CPS, American Sentry Solar's personnel were professional, timely, proactive, thorough and most-attentive to every step in the installation and set-up process. Questions and concerns were promptly addressed by main office as well as local company representatives. Installation was timely and efficient. I can't say enough to commend the integrity and customer service focus of this company.

Our installation went very smooth, from the sales person to the commissioning of the system. The installation crew was concerned about doing the job correctly and did things I asked of them. They were not just trying to get the job done to get home. They system has been working as designed without any problems. They handled all of the necessary compliance needed with our current power supplier.

A very low pressure and customer friendly sales approach. Solar benefits and process was not technical unless asked for by us. Istallation team was friendly, courteous, fast, informative, and did a perfect post job clean-up both in and outside of our home. System looks great, is functioning as promised, and tax credit forms have been submitted by the company on my behalf. Highly recommend American Sentry Solar.

This entire solar team knows what they are doing and get it done effectively an efficiently. We checked out several companies before them and are VERY glad we went with American Sentry Solar. The financing arrangement is the best we've seen. Don't get them confused with one of the others with a similar name. Even the inspector remarked that the team did a great job with the installation. Take the plunge now while you can still get a good deal and do it with this company.

We had our solar installed in December 2018. So far so good. Electric bill seems to declining every month. Install went as planned and no problems. Service techs were very nice, well spoken and made sure all mess was cleaned up.
