AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Wish I could give ZERO stars... They abused my service dog after specifically being asked not to enter my bedroom where my dog was. They said "okay no problem." When I came back home from dropping my kid off at school, I noticed they moved my dog into a small bathroom, with NO AIR, theu didn't open a window and the air vent was closed on a HOT day, there was urine all over my floor, he was shaking, dirty, and he smelled AWFUL like someone sweaty handled him, and the manager of the project said "not my problem, he is your responsibility." Then after we said that its illegal to move or touch a service dog after being told not to, the man was RUDE, told my husband "I am not talking to you anymore," and then the employees, without permission, started recording us "non discretely." They went into our closet, which work was not being done in our closet. Then our bathroom drawer was open with items on the floor. Lastly, they STOLE our dryer's gasline. Our neighbor reported a tennis bracelet missing from her closet. And when I called to talk to a manager, they were rude and literally stopped talking on the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have been in the Motel Business past 30-years and I have done so many big projects with so many different companies but I have never seen a very clean and perfect job by American Power Solutions co, all their Employees are very knowledgeable, professional, well-trained and hardworking. I would 100% recommend to all of my friends and family members.

WARNING: AMERICAN POWER SOLUTIONS STOLE MY WIFE'S WEDDING AND ENGAGEMENT RINGS. They were hired by Greystar/Luce apartments to replace light fixtures in the apartments. The maintenance staff was supposed to supervise as they went into each unit, instead they allowed American Power Solutions to be completely alone in the apartment for long periods of time, at which point one of the employees stole my wife's rings. There is currently an open police investigation.
