Pretty pleased with Ameco. While there was a glitch with the initial permit being denied, it was rectified quickly. Everything is now working. I had an issue with my WiFi network and Tigran, a technician that works for Ameco was very helpful and spent a lot of time helping me get my solar panel system connected to my WiFi. He even responded by text on weekends! Tigran was AMAZING! 5 STARS for this nice , patient and smart man!!
As far as the installation and completion of the panels, there was a lack of communication at some points. After not being contacted for about a month I called to learn things were being delayed. I had to call to get updates as the project manager never would update me. Even when the permit was initially denied no one told me. I found out a couple weeks later when I called. In the end however, it’s all working and I think the workmanship will probably prove to be quality. If not for the poor communication by Ameco during the installation, I would have given 5 stars. But Tigran, the technician deserved 10 stars!!

Our panels were not generating near as much electricity as before. Tigran sent out a technician who diagnosed the problem. Our 10 year old inverter was bad. He got SMS to ship us a brand new one, at no charge. Sam and another gentleman installed it and patiently taught me how to read the settings. It works perfectly now. Very professional company and "on it." Great communication. I highly recommend them.

We had both our roof and solar panels done by AMECO. Everything was done neatly, the work areas were kept clean, the roof looks good, and all 33 panels went in and look good. Our PM Jessica was up front about any possible added costs (we needed some roofing plywood replaced)., and they've been very good about keeping in contact. My original review of 5 stars still stands after all work was completed.
