This is THE WORST sorting facility. I hate that my packages are sent here because out of all the packages I order through Amazon I only receive my things 10% of the time due to the LAZY DELIVERY DRIVERS!! They NEVER follow the delivery instructions and because of this countless packages have gone missing!! I’ve contacted Amazon directly and they have reached out to this facility COUNTLESS times to help resolve this issue with no avail. It’s clear the delivery drivers hate their job and they take it out on the customers by not properly delivering the packages based on the delivery instructions.

I do not get my packages, they get left at someone else’s door, or they are left in the manager’s office yet they are scanned that they were personally handed to me and I personally signed for them. I have NEVER ordered products that need signed for. I have included instructions to deliver my apartment door, even have a table the packages/boxes can be placed on under my doorbell and not to leave them at the managers’ office. My package today, 18 April 2025, and several other residents’ packages were left in our activity room when one of the managers told him to deliver them to each apartment instead of the office. He scanned delivered directly to resident and signed by Marke, whoever that is. A manager found the packages and delivered them herself, because I called down looking for mine. I had to reorder one for a friend, because she didn’t get it last week. This is unacceptable!!!

Slow, will have you dock and drop the trailer if you are otr. Then have you hook back up and move it if the light isn’t working on their dock. You will spend some time here

I tried posting review online about a $70 purchase I made from Amazon, but they declined to post it and I have to wonder why when it was the honest truth about the condition of product upon delivery of that item. I had hoped a company as huge as Amazon would care a bit more about delivery of their products especially if their driver leaves product out in the pouring rain. I ordered three packs, of 250 pages of postcard stock in each pack, which was delivered and left on my porch in a puddle of water in the pouring rain, and delivery driver didn't bother to ring door bell, any by time I learned it was on porch bottom of very thin box was wet. Just common sense, if your delivering in the pouring rain to ring door bell upon delivery to alert residents a package is waiting on front porch. But I have to gather that's not important enough to post, but yet is the truth. Fact that they denied posting it is like a slap in the face and this signifies to me I'm just a number to AMAZON, nothing more. 🤔 I also called in about this issue and was put on hold for longer than time needed to resolve and both these avenues I've tried with no acceptance. Therefore, doubt seriously I'll be ordering again from Amazon in the future. ✅️

This sorting center is a joke...I order from Amazon on average once at week. If I order something for myself that's not Coffee and is above $50 it is NEVER DELIVERED ON TIME. It'll say out for delivery than when it doesn't come on time it says it "beinging processed at the Facility".
This place needs BETTER drivers.
If I order something for a specific day, I usually need it that day.
The thing I ordered I needed today because it's the ONLY day my husband had off and he needs to put it together.
I get we had bad weather but it was done by 4pm, there was NO REASON mine and I'm sure other people's packages couldn't be delivered after.
I always have this problem with Concord. If i see something I ordered coming from Concord I know I'm not getting what I ordered on time.

The facility is a good place, but you've some people that came on the Banana Boat don't know the value of money and messing up rates for everyone else in the market, just like what they're doing to the Florida market, Amazon need to start giving seal and investigate every driver and their insurance coverage, the guard shack associates need to check everyone that claims to lost their Tag for a police report or proof of insurance.

Nice place and most people are friendly but some not all of the people in management show major favoritism towards some employees and those employees get to slack off and do little to nothing because of their favoritism. While others who work hard get no praise and only have to work harder to make up slack from the ones aloud to slack off. Many of the managers Do Not need to be managers. The rudest people who have made me feel the most uncomfortable were blue badge employees and managers.
