Worst place to deliver. Entance on elwood st. They are so slow. Kiosk call goto India. Sleepy head take forever to answer. Gave me wrong dock. Already some one else parked on given dock. My appointment was 7 pm. Checked in 6:45 pm. Unloaded 1.00 am.
Took them 6 hours to unload. Management act like they are cops. Lazy people work there. My Bob tail was unhooked and fifth wheel not even touching trailer. They made big deal. Even they didn't even start unloading. Stay away this place. They do have restroom by dock 30. After unloading my strap and load bar was missing. Make sure you double check. They kept your straps and load bars. Won't go there again. Even pay me extra.

I worked here for a portion of 2018 on graveyard and mostly enjoyed it. It's one of the older Amazon facilities in Arizona from what I hear. Management was great and pushed for associates to do their best. Hours during the peak season could be long, but regulated with rest periods. It's in a great location, so traffic to the facility was rarely a problem.

Went to Amazon in Goodyear AZ at 7:30 PM they unloaded me fast now. It was 9 to 9:30 pm I knew I wasn't going to find any truck parking in the truck stop so I decided to park across the street for the night bad mistake in the morning I get a knock on the door it was AZ D.O.T man they ended up giving me a level 1 inspection so don't park across the street this happened on 5/10/24 8:30 am

This facility has no respect for the hard working drivers that haul their freight in and out of the facility. They literally call the office a drivers cage!! They have appointments for delivery. Our delivery appt was over 14 hrs. We will see when we get our paperwork and can leave. This cripples our business which is unable to take any loads and must cancel previously planned work because of their inadequate staff. Off loading should Never take this much time. Shame on Amazon!!!

The poeple that work here drive like jerks! They come down cotton lane tail gating you even if you driving 10 over the speed limit. They really need to discipline there employees! Instead of merging at the Yuma light they will try to race and cut everyone off and the last second.

Check in is very slow. On an intercom with someone in another country. Hard to understand. Unloading is very fast. Nice people inside the warehouse.

Not to be expected until you check it out for yourself. I can say this and that to my liking or other but it wouldn't be the same without your own experience
