If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We were overcharged for propane every month. (At LEAST $2 more per gallon than other companies in town) We were also told that our 2 person household was using up 100% of our propane tank every month so they were “filling” our tank monthly for 2 months before we figured out we weren’t supposed to be paying $400 for propane every month.

I made the mistake of telling them we were first time home renters, because they instantly discredited anything I was saying after telling them. We asked for a leak check because of the extensive “propane use” in the house and was denied because, as Mike said, “someone could be turning my heater on behind my back.” No help was given to us anytime we needed it, all we were met with was gaslighting and arguing. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

We call this guys before one week and after so many calls they send a technician but when the technician come without any inspection he refuses to fill up because he don’t want to do his duty and he leave without doing job this is ridiculous .
