With the hottest week of the summer approaching my geothermal system indicator kept flashing red and not cooling my home. I called APS and Owen promised to come the next day. He came on time, texted me with arrival time and figured out my issue. He also trouble shot a potential issue that might affect my units future performance. When he left everything was working beautifully and my house was quickly cooling as it should!
He explained everything in terms I can understand and offered advice to make my system more efficient. These are things I can do without another service call and he explained to me how to DIY it (how nice is that)

Bonus points for a follow up text the next day !!! Unreal.

Alternative Power Solutions did an excellent job—from scheduling our appointment to the maintenance itself. They had to reschedule our first date and gave plenty advance notice. On the day Owen came to service our geothermal heating system he called to let us know his ETA and was right on time. The maintenance was thorough and he explained clearly what he was doing. They were able to complete the project sooner than expected when our old furnace died and we were very impressed with their professionalism and technical skills needed to do this kind of work.
