They charge a steep fee just for having their meter so they can charge you. This would be similar to PG&E charging you $10 a month for the meter on your house.
Second they send a tiny confusing post card sized bill just a few days before the bill is due but because it's so small it's easy to throw it out with junk mail, or lost at the post office. If propane wasn't such a ripoff I'd go back to using that.

Had to give a shout out here. Called this am with a slight concern on my water heater that they had installed when I got my new gas lines installed by them. Within 5 minutes it had corrected itself, so I called back to say I didn't need a technician. "No worries, we're sending Matt out anyway". Within 45 minutes Matt showed up and clarified there was nothing to worry about. All of this done with no charge to me! This company is awesome and so are all of the employees that I have encountered!!

Like to know how all our gas appliances were removed for about a month and half due to renovations and they still managed to charge us over a hundred dollars for the combined months
